What You’ll Do
Install HVAC equipment: removal, installation, duct repair/replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal) Perform soldering, venting, refrigerant recovery/charging, leak detection, and system testing Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure code compliance Walk customers through system operation to ensure satisfaction What We’re Looking For EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
HVAC installation experience required
Strong communication & customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
