An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, the practice is operated with the Luxottica furnished optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides high-quality optometric care to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Responsibilities and Benefits
Provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients within the practice framework Maintain professional autonomy in patient care decisions, with no company-imposed quotas Flexible scheduling options, including part-time commitments Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment Potential access to Revolution EHR software, and support staff and pre-testing services where available Automated online appointment book and patient recall system Compensation and Benefits
Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, along with a total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
