Role Overview
As the Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. Requirements
DVM degree from an accredited university and an active state license Minimum of 5 years experience in a GP animal hospital Commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team Top-notch communication and coaching talents Our Services

We nourish a friendly, team-oriented environment and practice high quality medicine. Our doctors have a schedule of a 4-day work-week, no weekends, and no after-hour emergencies. We also support our doctor’s personal pets through discounted rates and various services at no cost. Benefits

Base salary of $125,000-$150,000 DOE Production-based bonuses Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 About the Area
