The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor directs and supervises the implementation of the resident care plan. The RN Supervisor coordinates and supervises all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents. The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units. The RN Supervisor creates a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life and provides support and direction for nurses.
