Position An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
Responsibilities As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will deliver full-scope optometric care within the practice, with professional autonomy to care for patients and no company-imposed quotas. Responsibilities include providing high-quality optometric services and maintaining professional discretion in patient care. You will work in a fully furnished office with OD equipment and may have access to advanced technology such as Clarifye; many offices use Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and have full tech and pre-testing support. An automated online appointment book and patient recall system may be in place.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
