3D Motion Graphics Designer Location:

About the role, Your Impact: Baxter & Woodman has a unique rewarding opportunity for a 3D Motion Graphics Designer who specializes in 3D and 2D animation. This role will primarily support the Creative Services Department in delivering a diverse range of creative projects for multiple engineering teams within the firm. The ideal candidate is a skilled, self-motivated, and creative visual designer who is eager to contribute to business growth and create meaningful contributions to projects that impact the firm, communities and clients it serves. What your day-to-day will look like, what you will learn on the job: Develop high-quality 3D models, scenes and animation based on engineering CAD designs with a strong sense of detail and accuracy. Engage, composite, and enhance video content by integrating sound design, motion graphics, text, and visual effects to craft compelling media. Contribute to high-quality content creation from conception to delivery, working both collaboratively and independently depending on project scope and needs, across a range of media. Closely collaborate with other departments and attend planning meetings to understand the project intent and provide creative input. Operate within a growth-based culture that encourages individual development and accomplishment of results while prioritizing team and client relationships. Education Requirement: Associates degree in 3D Animation, Digital Media, or related program preferred. Must-haves, what you will bring: 3+ Years professional experience and strong proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Autodesk 3D Max, or 3D Blender. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to balance workload, budgets and production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman’s service area (own transportation). Maintain a team-oriented and self-sufficient approach to project demands. Demonstrated strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Unreal Engine or AR/VR workflows. Photography and cinematography. Familiarity with animation scripting or automation tools. Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $57,000 - $70,000. Benefits:
