As our Commercial Solar Project Manager, you'll orchestrate complex design-build projects from inception to completion. You'll be the driving force ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to refine project scopes and proposals Build strategic partnerships with subcontractors and vendors Develop comprehensive cost budgets that maximize value Lead end-to-end project delivery for commercial solar installations Manage multi-million dollar budgets with precision financial controls Implement risk mitigation strategies for complex site requirements Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding customer expectations Team & Stakeholder Leadership Guide cross-functional teams through project milestones Cultivate exceptional customer relationships that drive repeat business Champion safety protocols and quality management procedures Leverage Primavera P6 for advanced project scheduling and resource optimization What You Bring
7+ years managing commercial solar construction projects 3+ years with EV infrastructure projects 3+ years navigating California DSA processes 5+ years serving the education sector (LAUSD experience highly valued) Recent expertise with Primavera P6 Scheduling (v15.1+) Active driver's license and OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business MEP project management and performance contracting experience Established relationships with local vendors and subcontractors PMP Certification Journeyman electrician license or electrical contractor's license NABCEP certification What We Offer
