Our client is seeking a Microelectronics Engineer with expertise in semiconductor fabrication. You\'ll be responsible for process development, failure analysis, and product development in areas such as metal and dielectric deposition/etch, photolithography, and advanced packaging. You will work with a variety of materials and processes to create and sustain cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. What You\'ll Bring
BS and eight (8) years of related experience Expertise in semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging Experience in physical/chemical vapor deposition, dielectrics, metals, and dry/wet etch processing Proficiency with photolithography, failure analysis, semiconductor metrology, and CMP Knowledge of FEOL/BEOL, semiconductor product development, and process control Experience in fabricating superconducting devices FACTS experience is preferred Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response. Location
