Opportunities for career advancement in our expanding operation. What you'll do: Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems. Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy. Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary components. Save and tag parts per warranty or customer request procedures. Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional safety or service needs. Accurately document all work performed and recommended services. Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure quality control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, hazardous waste handling). Keys to success: Level A: 4 + years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair. Level B: 2–4

years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair. Level C:

1–2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a certified automotive training program. Prior experience as a C-level technician is typically required for B-level roles. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Skills & Competencies Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, repair orders, and diagnostic tools. Strong communication skills for collaborating with service advisors and team members. Basic computer proficiency for repair documentation and diagnostics. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year. Why Join Executive Auto Group?
