About the role: Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is primarily responsible for management of the Repair Department, its inventory, staff and operational functions to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service. Job Responsibilities

Generate sales by providing the best equipment tuning / repair in the area Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends Provide resources so that employees are properly trained in repair, product knowledge, guest service and operation of a safe working environment Assist in the communication of company values and goals to the employees Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company Supervise and perform tuning and repair of ski and snowboard equipment Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task Other duties as may be assigned Required Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of ski and snowboarding tuning techniques Knowledge of alpine and snowboard binding installations Be able to handle machinery and properly use tuning instruments Minimum of 2 years’ experience with tuning / repair/ mounting of ski equipment Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory and leadership experience High school diploma or equivalent English fluency, written and verbal Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds The Perks and Benefits

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Working Conditions

Working conditions and physical demands are described here. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. The employee must stand for extended periods, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The noise level is usually moderate.
