Alamo Vision Optometry in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Optometrist. We offer a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! We seek a dedicated optometrist with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, committed to providing high-quality patient care and a broad range of services to promote eye health and vision for life. Candidates must be licensed to practice optometry in Texas. If relocating, San Antonio offers a rich cultural heritage, modern amenities, and diverse influences from Mexican, German, and Spanish cultures, reflected in its vibrant arts scene, cuisine, and architecture. The Alamo Ranch area has seen significant growth, becoming a thriving community with ample amenities, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. About Us: We offer comprehensive eye care for all ages, including routine exams for glasses and contact lenses, as well as medical eye care. We stay updated with the latest technology and techniques, continually enhancing our skills through ongoing education. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment, treating patients with respect, compassion, and personalized care to help them maintain optimal eye health and vision. Our practice is conveniently located inside a Visionworks store, providing patients with complete, professional eye care in one location. What You'll Do: We need an additional optometrist to support our growth. The role requires flexibility to manage a busy schedule, as we are open six days a week. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of handling a fast-paced environment, with effective and efficient communication skills. We utilize the latest technology, including Maestro II, Blephex, Hansen 9000 VF, Icare Tonometry, and Topcon Autorefractor. Volunteer opportunities with a local charity eye care organization are also available.
