Deliver comprehensive
medical care , including
diagnosis ,
treatment ,
surgery , and
preventative medicine Mentor and lead
veterinary staff including technicians and assistants Manage
daily operations , including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Implement innovative
process improvements
to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency Foster lasting relationships with clients and local referral sources to ensure outstanding service and care Champion a
positive, team-centered culture
and uphold clinical excellence across the practice Qualifications
DVM/VMD
from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school Licensed veterinarian in Florida
(or ability to obtain licensure) 2–5 years
of experience in a leadership or supervisory veterinary role Proven
leadership and management
capabilities Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal
skills Commitment to
mentorship , team development, and high-standard veterinary care Benefits
