The Windfall is representing a Private Equity firm that is seeking to hire a Hospitality Administrative Assistant on a Trial to Hire Basis. This role is held at reception and is working at their brand new, midtown Manhattan office. You will be joining the already established Reception team of 3. The group works extremely hard, contributes to the entire office, has a team-oriented training program and keeps a positive atmosphere. You will be supporting the entire office, while reporting into and supporting the Office Manager. This role is working in the office Monday-Fridays from 8:00/8:30am-5:00/5:30pm with the flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities
Welcome, meet & greet all internal and external guests
Coordinate external meetings and maintain the Meeting Room calendar
Maintenance of the conference rooms and the external & internal office space
Track and order office supplies
Answer and direct main lines
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
Assist accounting team with month-end reporting of expenses
Assist the Administrative Team with tasks such as booking travel, calendar management, parental leave coverage, filing, expense reports, organizing of conference calls, events, etc.
Ordering and handling of office-wide meals
Requirements
6+ months of relevant work experience with similar responsibilities
Strong internships in a corporate setting
Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce, Expensify, Zoom is a plus
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and grow with the company

$70,000 Base Salary
