Are you an ICU leader ready to take the next big step? This 200-bed independent, non-profit Level III Trauma hospital within a short drive of Cincinnati is expanding its ICU and looking for a transformational ICU Nurse Manager to guide the team through growth.
This is a
high-acuity, busy 20 bed Med/Surg/CVICU
that supports nearly every major surgery except transplants. You’ll lead a team of ~70 FTEs with experienced Assistant Nurse Managers at your side and plans for a dedicated ICU Educator. Highlights and Benefits for the Critical Care Nurse Manager:

$135K base + $15K relocation

Requirements for the Critical Care Nurse Manager:
Current RN license (Ohio or eligible)
BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in leadership
Strong ICU background; CVICU experience a plus but not required
Specialty certification (CCRN or similar) preferred
Hands-on, visible leader who effectively balances accountability with compassion
