In this role, you will function as a TEG (thromboelastography) product line

Clinical Specialist

to customers, effectively driving utilization and expansion of the TEG product line at existing customer sites within the defined territory. You will support ongoing account management and sales through clinical education and case support across all operational and clinical areas within the customer site. The goal is to grow sales organically in existing accounts and support new account launches (go-lives). This role will require up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates will reside within approximately 45 minutes of a major airport. Candidates must currently reside within the Omaha, NE territory. This position is remote with travel within the designated territory. Essential Duties:

Manage territory for existing TEG customers. Increase product usage and expand the customer base through clinical education and training, ensuring customers can operate TEG equipment independently and interpret results. Train customers on product and clinical aspects of TEG, providing follow-up support. Provide clinical expertise to help ensure TEG reaches standard of care levels within accounts, leveraging CRM data. Drive business growth by broadening application of TEG, achieving sales targets, and developing relationships with clinicians. Visit hospital accounts, identify and train clinical champions, and establish relationships with key decision-makers. Support new TEG customers during go-lives, including after-hours support. Resolve technical, operational, and clinical concerns collaboratively. Attend educational workshops and participate in professional societies. Maintain records within CRM. Support VAD/ECMO, Trauma, CV, High Risk Obstetrics, Liver Transplant, Vascular, and Critical Care clinicians in TEG use. Assist customers in customizing training materials. Understand the competitive landscape and convert accounts to TEG. Collaborate with Account Managers to target key accounts and forecast revenue. Support regional and national tradeshows. Promote device and software upgrades and additional devices. Assist during laboratory installations, validations, and training. Develop multi-level relationships, including C-level contacts. Participate in product development and market feedback activities. Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or related clinical field (Required). Master's degree or Business Administration (Preferred). 3+ years of industry or clinical experience, preferably with complex medical devices or in critical care environments. Experience with ICU, CICU, ER, trauma, or similar settings is advantageous. Experience with TEG analyzers and software understanding is preferred.
