Overview

Program Director - Neuropsychology Whether you're a resident, a physician early in your career, or a seasoned physician with years of experience, Akron Children's Hospital offers something unique. The role provides leadership for neuropsychology programming, staff training, and adherence to evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment modalities. The position reports to the Director of Psychology and serves as a liaison between the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health and other departments/divisions where neuropsychology services are provided. Technical Expertise

Skilled in communicating evidence-based practice findings to diverse audiences. Ability to develop and deliver evidence-based practice education and training materials to diverse audiences. Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based practice programs. Experience supervising clinical staff and overseeing clinical programs. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Experience working with electronic medical record software, such as EPIC, is preferred. Education and Experience

Minimum of three years of relevant experience contributing and overseeing evidence-based neuropsychological assessment programs and clinical staff preferred. Education: PhD or PsyD, ABPP certification required. This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government. This opportunity offers
