As a Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and coordination to our nursing team. You will report to the Director of Nursing and support our multi-disciplinary treatment approach while prioritizing patient safety and well-being. Clinical Leadership:

Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring patient care meets high standards of quality and safety. Team Coordination:

Coordinate and supervise nursing personnel involved in direct patient care, fostering collaboration. Quality Assurance:

Oversee quality assurance processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery and patient outcomes. Treatment Team Collaboration:

Participate as a valued member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, contributing nursing expertise to support the treatment philosophy. Patient Safety:

Prioritize patient safety and well-being, implementing protocols to ensure protection and comfort during stay. Staff Development:

Mentor and facilitate professional growth of nursing staff, promoting continuous learning. Clinical Documentation:

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards. Resource Management:

Manage resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to optimize patient care. Patient Advocacy:

Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and promoting health and recovery. Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess: A current Alaska nursing license or ability to obtain one prior to start date. Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the treatment team and patients.
