Responsibilities
The Software Engineer shall be responsible for the development, enhancement, and sustainment of automation tools in support of system management infrastructure software and services for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems in a Linux environment. Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience
Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; or seven (7) years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Required skills
Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools Experience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processes Recent software development experience using Python Familiar with automation frameworks including Ansible for orchestrating deployment Familiar with performing troubleshooting and debugging issues in an operational system Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins Experience with Git Source Control System Desired skills
Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as NetBox Familiar with Observability and Analytics platform solutions such as Splunk Familiar with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Keycloak Familiar with Secret Management tools such as HashiCorp Vault Familiar with Message Brokers such as Kafka Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, containerd Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence) Benefits
Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $213,000 - $233,000. Wealth Benefits
