Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide safety training to construction personnel, including new hires and subcontractors. Investigate accidents and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents. Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions. Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes related to construction safety. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in construction safety management. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and relevant safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate personnel.
