Efinity Mortgage is searching for a dynamic, personable, and knowledgeable Human Resource Manager for an Austin-based Mortgage Company.
This position will report directly to the CEO and will support a growing company of 150+ employees across 20 locations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Human Resource leadership experience. Primary duties will include: On-boarding/Off-boarding of employment documents and benefits, benefit administration, offer letter management, functioning as the company's NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) administrator, and employee relations matters
NOTE: This position is in the Austin office, M-F at our Corporate Office near 360/2222
Responsibilities
Benefits Administration Company NMLS Administrator (National Mortgage Licensing System). Manage all licenses for the Company, Branches, and Loan Officers. Extensive training will be provided Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement Qualifications
Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field Compensation $70,000 About Efinity Mortgage Efinity Mortgage has a mission to equip and enable people to live their life's passions.
