Develop and create demand for BlazeMaster CPVC products through end user customer facing activities at the Code Approval level, Ownership consulting, Architect/Engineer design phase, and to exhibit installation expertise with the Fire Sprinkler Contractor within a specific geographic area. Administer professional sales presentations, decipher fire codes at state and local levels, participate in trade shows, build relationships, and conduct installation training. Execute a focused plan to ensure the increase and maintenance of BlazeMaster usage in the Commercial Fire and Residential sectors to drive sales growth at the direct customer level. Drive loyalty and demand for BlazeMaster CPVC through relationships developed at the Ownership, Engineering, and Contractor levels. Ensure Code Approval at the State and Local levels through product education and explanation. Focus on specification at the engineer and ownership level to ensure usage of BlazeMaster CPVC. Develop and execute an Individual Territory Plan that allocates effort efficiently across distinct types of Decision Influencers to optimize growth. Collaborate with the Market Segment Manager on go-to-market strategies. Attend and support trade shows and conferences to promote BlazeMaster benefits within the Commercial & Residential Fire sector. Maintain high-quality and timely CRM reporting per guidelines and KPIs (Engineer L&L’s, Sales activities, Project deals, Specifications, trainings). Develop a thorough understanding of technology, key product attributes, applications, and performance requirements in the focus market segment. Identify, develop, and implement business development initiatives that open the market for BlazeMaster (e.g., new codes and standards). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred, or relevant equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Fire Sprinkler Sector. Ordinary and Light Hazard Fire Sprinkler Applications preferred. Ability to travel domestically (60%+). Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new product, solution, technology, and value selling programs. Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations. Candidate must reside in the Los Angeles area. Perks & Benefits
