We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and drive strategic hiring initiatives. This role will focus on sourcing and acquiring top technical talent to support our growth in the government contracting space. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of proven recruiting experience, including extensive work with technical roles, and a strong understanding of compliance requirements related to federal contracting. This position requires hands-on recruitment, strategic oversight, and partnership with leadership to ensure we build and maintain a high-performing workforce. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage full cycle recruiting strategies to attract and retain top technical talent. Partner with hiring managers and executives to identify workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective sourcing plans. Ensure recruiting processes comply with government contracting regulations (OFCCP, EEO, security clearance requirements, etc.). Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and non-cleared technical candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Drive all hiring objectives and maintain a high-level candidate experience. Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators. Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, government and veteran hiring partners. Enhance visibility in the government contracting talent market. Implement tools and technology to optimize recruiting efficiency and compliance tracking. Success Factors

Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on government contracting positions. Direct experience in government contracting recruitment, including compliance with federal hiring regulations. Familiarity with security clearance processes and hiring for cleared roles. Demonstrated success in managing the recruitment process and leading strategic hiring initiatives. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting analytics tools (ADP required). Physical Demands
