Your Responsibilities as a Lead Appliance Repair Technician: Diagnose and Repair : Identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment. Provide Estimates : Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs. Customer Communication : Clearly explain the services needed to customers. Manage Parts : Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Collect Payments : Handle payment collection for completed work. Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Licensing : Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience : Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus! Benefits
Compensation : $26.00 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions. Work-Life Balance : No nights or weekends, ensuring a solid work-life balance. Paid Training : Access to Mr. Appliance Academy to advance from Apprentice to Master Technician. Incentives : Generous bonuses and incentive pay for hard work.
