state-of-the-art medical technology , including digital radiography, in-house orthopedic surgery capabilities, and advanced diagnostic tools like CT scans. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment where

is a priority through mentorship, cutting-edge training, and robust continuing education programs. What You’ll Do: Medical Leadership : Oversee surgical and medical cases, uphold high medical standards, and ensure exceptional client communication and care. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and guide our team of associate veterinarians and staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Works with Hospital Manager : Manage hospital operations, drive financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while delivering the highest quality care. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation : Generous salary range $150k- $180k plus production and bonuses up to $100,000, including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, and more, including a generous continuing education allowance. Professional Support : 401(k) with employer match, paid dues for AVMA, IVMA, and state licensure, and generous paid time off.
