to hit the ground running in full-cycle recruitment and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top clinical talent across our practices and surgery centers. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be on the front lines, helping us find the best clinical and administrative talent across our practices and surgery centers in the Midwest. Fill critical clinic and surgery center positions with high performers in a timely fashion. Recruit active and passive candidates for roles like clinical scribe, clinical technician, optician, registered nurse, surgical scheduler, patient services representative (front desk), scrub technician, and more. Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned territories, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and initial onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position, and tailor your recruiting strategy accordingly. Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment process for candidates regardless of the hiring outcome by providing prompt feedback and being timely through the process. Support Midwest Vision Partners\' employment brand by being a brand ambassador, both online and offline. Identify and recommend recruiting strategies and ideas to support our business. Leverage various sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent and stay current with market conditions. What Will Make You Awesome

Strong negotiation and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for building and nurturing relationships, both internally with stakeholders and externally with candidates. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality. Proven track record of identifying passive candidates using creative recruiting strategies, filling positions efficiently while maintaining high-quality hires. What You Know
