Nike Store Manager – Well Collective Store Location: NIKE – Virginia Beach, VA. Full time position (34-40 hours per week), including nights and weekends. Join the NIKE Team as a Well Collective Store Manager. Lead a premium boutique experience focused on wellness and sport, empowering customers on their fitness journey and upholding Nike’s Service Principles, brand culture, and community connections. Responsibilities
Be enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services. Lead your team with courage and cultivate your store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals while maintaining safety and operational standards. Foster a high-performing, engaged team with a culture of recognition and rewards. Drive store operation excellence and execute brand initiatives, including P/L statements, labor management, expenses, activations, and programs. Lead your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, high levels of customer service, sales, people leadership, and management. Collaborate with District Partners on key enterprise-wide initiatives and programs. Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience. Minimum of 4 years of store management experience. Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems. Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling. Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed. Physical requirements: ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods with or without accommodations. Benefits
