Overview The General Manager will be the leader of the restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations and guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members.
Support performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
Drive local store marketing efforts and work toward achieving sales and profit goals.
Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality products and experiences consistent with the brand.
Qualifications
Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
Eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary:
$53,000 - $60,000 per year
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
