The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.**Line of Business:**Solutions technologiques**Job Description:**The Data Engineer III provides a broad range of data engineering functions including data modeling, data quality, data profiling, data acquisition and ingestion, extract transform load (ETL), metadata enrichment and management, data provenance and lineage, and other specialized data management functions.**Depth & Scope:*** Expert knowledge of data engineering frameworks, technologies, tools, processes, patterns, and procedures, including how they impact and integrate with other technology areas such as Architecture or Infrastructure* Performs highly complex technical tasks independently* Expert knowledge of TD applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, business, organization, best practices, and standards* Designs and develops to meet business and technical requirements; analyzes, adapts, integrates, codes, tests, debugs, and executes* Uses and evolves established patterns to solve complex problems; leads the development of new patterns where necessary* Recognized as primary subject matter expert in multiple areas directly and indirectly related to key accountabilities* Consults with peers and partners across multiple teams on all aspects of research, analysis, design, and support**Education & Experience:*** Degree, Postgraduate Degree, or Technical Certificate in Data Management or related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience* Graduate Degree preferred* 5+ years of relevant experience**Preferred Qualifications:*** Proficiency in SQL and Python* Understanding of Data Models and ability to create Basic Data Models* Experience in analyzing and performance tuning SQL queries.* Good experience in Banking/Financial Domain* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.* Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Synapse Dedicated Pool, or Oracle.* Drive to uplift knowledge and support for Unity Catalog and Databricks Lakehouse* Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest* Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for Data engineering best practices and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit* Keep others informed and up to date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities* Actively mentors and enables team members by sharing knowledge and leveraging engineering best practices.* Supports the team by providing guidance and proactively identifying and resolving issues* Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners/stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.* Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce* Expert knowledge of data engineering frameworks, technologies, tools, processes, patterns, and procedures, including how they impact and integrate with other technology areas such as Architecture or Infrastructure* Performs highly complex technical tasks independently* Designs and develops to meet business and technical requirements;
