Position Overview

This position is for a

Senior

DevSecOps Engineer . You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members at ARKA. Our ideal candidate is a DevSecOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have an advanced understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines. We offer generous relocation benefits for eligible candidates. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field or 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of Kubernetes and deploying applications to Kubernetes clusters Experience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters (ie. Argo CD) Strong experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc) Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, GitHub workflows) IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+) Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with fully adjudicated CI Polygraph Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology Familiarity with government risk management framework (RMF) processes Experience with container tools (Docker, Podman) and container orchestration Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) Basic understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar Locations
