At Webster Bank, our financial intermediation activities are organized broadly around three distinct lines of business: the Consumer Bank, the Commercial Bank, and HSA Bank. This position will be aligned with the
Commercial Bank , reporting into the Platforms and Solutions team within the Commercial Administration organization. The Webster Commercial Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Analyst to support and enhance our Salesforce platform across the Commercial Banking division. This role will be instrumental in optimizing client relationship management, streamlining sales and service processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Salesforce analyst for Commercial Banking, supporting user needs across sales, relationship management, and operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools. Ensure data integrity and compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards. Partner with IT and third-party vendors to manage integrations between Salesforce and other banking systems (e.g., loan origination, pricing tools). Provide training and support to end-users, driving adoption and best practices. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Develop UAT test plans, scenarios, and test cases to cover intended functionality and workflows and assist end users in UAT completion to ensure functionality meets standards. Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation. Assist in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process. Education, Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
required. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator. Proven experience working in a financial institution or banking environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with banking processes such as client onboarding, credit workflows, and relationship management. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence. The estimated salary range for this position is $96,000 USD to $110,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
