The SAP S/4 RTP Analyst will play a key role in delivering functionality within SAP S/4HANA to support the Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) process as part of the organization’s ERP Transformation Program. This individual will work cross-functionally with IT and Global Operations & Technology (GOT) teams to develop and configure end-to-end SAP solutions in alignment with business requirements and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement functional capabilities within the Requisition-to-Pay domain.
Contribute to and support the Global Template approach, ensuring standardized configuration across processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for requisition-to-pay and procurement processes.
Configure and support SAP Materials Management (MM) and Purchase Order (PO) modules.
Set up and manage Business Partner (Supplier) configuration and maintenance.
Develop and manage purchasing organizational structures, contracts, and material cost/pricing strategies.
Provide functional expertise in S/4 Materials Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and purchasing activities.
Support integration and process alignment with Accounts Payable and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant business/IT experience with a focus on SAP MM and PO modules. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA configuration and deployment within the RTP process domain. Solid understanding of ERP business process integration and supply chain operations. Proven experience with SAP configuration for end-to-end procurement and supplier lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4 Embedded EWM. SAP Certification in Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) or Materials Management. Familiarity with SAP Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable integration. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices in enterprise procurement and inventory planning.
