This role requires going where the work is, throughout your career. The first project for this role will be located in the Elpaso Texas/Santa Teresa New Mexico area. Responsibilities

Perform Contract Compliance, quality control & Field Oversight of subcontractors on the project Develop a complete understanding of contract plans and specifications. Inspect field conditions to identify problems, inaccuracies, and potential cost-saving measures. Take corrective actions as needed to resolve field issues. Review subordinates’ work for compliance with contract documents; address deficiencies and implement corrective measures. Project Scheduling & Coordination Develop and maintain the project master schedule using appropriate techniques and scheduling software. Collaborate with project management personnel to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy. Document Control & Change Management, handle project closeout. Manage document control processes including logging and tracking new issue drawings and contract documents. Review new issue drawings for changes in conditions; quantify impacts and communicate with supervisor. Distribute updated documents to field teams and ensure proper implementation. Cost Forecasting & Financial Planning Prepare monthly cost projections using data from project management systems. Develop quarterly cash flow projections to support financial planning. Operational Improvement & Leadership Recommend improvements to project operations including staffing, methods, and procedures. Serve as managing project engineer/coordinator across multiple projects. Provide supervision and on-the-job training for junior engineers and project staff. Qualifications

• Ability to travel and relocate as needed • Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent required. • 5+ years’ work experience in construction or engineering, vertical construction is preferred. • 2+ years' experience managing engineers and project subcontractors • Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative • Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time • Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity • Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. #LI-JB1 Other Requirements: Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
