We believe in enabling clients to maximize the potential and achieve a greater market with a wide array of technology services, including, but not limited to, Enterprise Resource Planning, Application Development, Analytics, Digital, and the Internet of things (IoT).Founded in 2004, headquartered in Houston, TX, USA, Techwave leverages its expertise in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, and Engineering Services to enable businesses accelerate their growth.Plus, we're a team of dreamers and doers who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible.And we want **YOU** to be a part of it.## **Job Description****Required Skills & Experience:*** 12+ years of experience in SAP data platforms, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.* Proven track record in managing **large-scale SAP BW migrations** to cloud or big data platforms.* Strong understanding of **SAP BDS architecture, data modelling, and integration patterns**.* Expertise in SAP HANA, Data Intelligence, and related ETL/ELT tools.* Global program management experience, including vendor and stakeholder management.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in cross-cultural environments.* Strong grounding in **data governance, compliance, and security** standards.* Managing Global Stake holders and drive this program independently .. conducting Steering Committee and managing risks etc\*\* This is not just PMO role \*\*Success Criteria**Success Measures:*** Migration delivered on time and within budget.* Zero critical data integrity or compliance issues.* Improved analytics performance and business adoption post-migration.* Alignment of the new BDS platform to enterprise digital and analytics strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
