Mid Level Backend Developer Job Description

We are looking for a

Mid-Level Backend Developer

with

2–5 years of experience

to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

backend frameworks ,

RESTful API development ,

databases , and

cloud services , with a deep understanding of

software design principles

and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

robust, scalable, and secure backend services

using technologies such as

Java (Spring Boot)

or

.NET Core . Build and maintain

RESTful APIs

and

microservices architecture

to support frontend applications and external integrations. Optimize application performance through

profiling ,

code optimization , and

efficient data access patterns . Work with

relational and NoSQL databases

(e.g.,

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB ) for data modeling, query optimization, and transactions. Implement

authentication ,

authorization , and

secure data handling

in line with best practices. Collaborate with

frontend developers ,

DevOps engineers , and

QA teams

to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions. Participate in

code reviews , ensure

code quality , and follow

clean code and SOLID principles . Integrate with cloud services and manage backend deployments in

AWS, Azure, or GCP . Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments. Contribute to

technical documentation ,

system design discussions , and

architecture decisions .
