Architecture and design responsibility for Ottopilot (DEUTZ AG GPT) Use of ticketing systems Build/optimize RAG (indexing, retrieval, vector DB) and agent workflows Integration of SharePoint, SAP documents, manuals, Windream, ticketing systems Interfaces to ServiceNow/Jira and CTI/hotline; telephony integration Data protection, access control (Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2) and auditability Deployment & operations: Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) Monitoring, logging, performance, hallucination reduction, QA of model responses Knowledge management & feedback loops with service teams Maintenance of these new systems
8+ years IT experience, several years in AI/LLM/RAG projects Hands-on experience in RAG design, retrieval pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering. Experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, Azure OpenAI), Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD/OAuth2, monitoring stacks, data integrations (SharePoint/SAP/DB). Experience in LLM QA, human-in-the-loop. Preferred technologies: OpenAI Other LLMs RAG frameworks TypeScript/React, Docker/Kubernetes, Seal Secrets, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, PostgreSQL/MySQL, CTI (optionally) SAP integrations Nice to have: CTI/telecom knowledge SAP expertise Team lead/coaching experience Transparent communication Willingness to travel for kick-offs/workshops What we offer
