A fast-growing clean energy company is seeking a
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
to join its corporate finance team. This organization develops and operates utility-scale energy storage projects that help customers reduce costs, improve grid reliability, and integrate renewable energy sources. The company is mission-driven and entrepreneurial, with a leadership team that brings decades of experience in clean energy and infrastructure. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with complex financial models to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Build, enhance, and maintain end-to-end financial and operational models Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and analysis Improve and implement budgeting and forecasting processes Support preparation of board and executive-level presentations Conduct in-depth cash flow and financial performance analysis Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to ensure accurate reporting Provide ad hoc support across finance, accounting, and treasury functions Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in corporate FP&A (renewable energy experience a plus) Strong Excel skills with ability to build and interpret complex models Proficiency in PowerPoint and reporting tools; skilled in executive presentation development Understanding of GAAP accounting principles Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently Willingness to travel up to 10% Compensation & Benefits
