We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Lead Angular Developer with 5–10 years of experience in financial services technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full lifecycle software application management, including both internally developed solutions and third-party integrations.
This role requires leadership capabilities, technical expertise in .NET and Angular, and the ability to mentor and guide a development team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, particularly in Angular development. Collaborate across multiple locations and time zones to deliver high-quality software solutions. Design and develop applications using the .NET stack, Angular (version 15–18), and microservices architecture. Work in an Agile environment using tools such as Azure DevOps and OpenShift. Understand and implement API integrations and microservices-based solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment and work independently when required. Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in financial services technology. Proven experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular (preferably versions 15–18), microservices, and API development. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps and OpenShift. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business, or a related discipline. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams across organizational boundaries. Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching or mentoring team members in Angular development. Familiarity with enterprise-level software development and integration practices. Ability to work collaboratively across roles and hierarchies.
