Earth Art Kitchen and Bath is seeking aCabinet Designerwho is passionate about helping homeowners and contractors bring their dream kitchens and baths to life. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and customer service to guide clients through the selection and design process, ensuring a seamless project experience from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
Assist homeowners and contractors in making creative design choices that fulfill their vision for kitchens and baths. Guide customers through the selection of cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, and finishes—helping coordinate colors, textures, and styles. Prepare and submit job packages to ensure timely and accurate production. Maintain complete and accurate customer files for every project. Stay current on design trends by attending vendor trainings, partner events, and home shows. Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasting. Manage customer collections and maintain positive financial relationships. Promote the company through social media and referral network building. Maintain showroom pricing, signage, and overall appearance. Assist with monthly inventory of slabs and ancillary products. Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and customer experience. Partner with management colleagues on strategic initiatives to drive company growth. Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude in all interactions. Work Schedule
Standard hours:Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pmandSaturday, 10:00am–5:00pm. Saturday shifts rotate; a weekday off is scheduled following Saturday work. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required to meet project or client needs. Qualifications
Strong background in kitchen and bath design or related home improvement fields with 5+ years in a similar role Experience with cabinet, countertop, and finish selections preferred Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy and process compliance Proficiency with design software and basic office tools is a plus Proficiency in 20-20 Design Strong understanding of color theory and material properties. Experience in interior design or architectural drafting is preferred. Excellent communication skills for client interactions. Ability to manage projects effectively from conception to completion.
