social law intern
for a period of
6 months. You will assist in the deployment of Aircall's business, legal, and HR strategy in France and internationally (EMEA + APAC). In particular, in France, you will participate in the management of individual and collective labor relations. Under the supervision of managers, you will be closely involved in the treatment of files. Your missions: Assist the Legal and HR team in managing employees Be the point of contact for any questions related to individual labor law Participate in potential investigation procedures Conduct in-depth studies and analyses of legal developments and case law Participate in defining and executing the social relations strategy at the local level and respecting the social agenda Follow the animation and preparation of social dialogue to maintain a quality social climate with the CSE Participate in the implementation of organization modification projects Carry out technical research Your skills: Higher education: Business school with specialization in labor law or holder of a MASTER II specialized in social law (or equivalent) and currently in law school Good level of English required (written and oral) Solid knowledge of current legislation and practices in social regulation Very organized, rigorous, you demonstrate an analytical and synthesis spirit to operationally and pragmatically support teams Team spirit, relational qualities, constructive, reactive, and positive Aircall is constantly moving forward.
