We are seeking an entry-level developer to join our Equity Derivatives Risk and P&L Management team. You will be part of a team developing a front-office platform used globally for flow, structured, convertibles and delta one desks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to learn equity derivatives pricing and risk management while working in a dynamic front-office environment. You will work alongside experienced developers and receive mentoring while contributing to various aspects of the platform including UI, compute grid, and trading services. Responsibilities

Assist in development of new functionality and bug fixes under guidance of senior team members Learn and apply core programming concepts and design patterns Help maintain and test applications in a multi-threaded distributed environment Work with team members to understand technical requirements and business needs Support testing and quality assurance processes Assist in production support activities under supervision Required Qualifications

Basic understanding of financial markets and equity derivatives products Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 2-5 years of software development experience, preferably in C# Familiarity with SQL and database concepts Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Desired Qualifications

Understanding of basic financial concepts related to options and derivatives Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Kubernetes) Experience with source control and continuous integration tools Knowledge of agile development practices Academic projects involving multi-threaded programming Interest in financial markets and trading systems Benefits
