Entry-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The role involves building and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure software quality, functionality, and performance. You will work closely with developers and manual testers to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute
automated test scripts
using tools such as
Selenium ,
Postman , or
Playwright . Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to define test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and API testing. Log defects with detailed information and follow up on their resolution. Use continuous integration tools (e.g.,
Jenkins ,
GitHub Actions ) to integrate automated tests into the pipeline. Write and maintain documentation for test frameworks, processes, and results. Participate in sprint planning and QA process improvement. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with
QA concepts : test planning, bug tracking, and software life cycle. Exposure to
test automation tools
like
Selenium WebDriver ,
JUnit ,
TestNG , or similar. Understanding of
API testing
using tools like
Postman
or
REST Assured . Eagerness to learn, solve problems, and work in a collaborative environment. Nice to Have
Exposure to
CI/CD tools
(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Experience with
version control
(e.g., Git). Knowledge of
BDD frameworks
(e.g., Cucumber, Behave). Familiarity with
test case management tools
(e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Personal or academic projects involving automation testing. What We Offer
