Our client (a world leading hedge fund) seeks an IT PM to join its HR Technology team. Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and deployment of the company's HR technology platforms encompassing recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, employee training, and associated processes. Serve as a vital intermediary, fostering collaboration among senior stakeholders, business user teams, and both internal and external development teams, ensuring project scope alignment, prioritization, and cost-effectiveness. Effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher education qualification. Demonstrated track record of at least three years in a technical project manager role, with experience overseeing projects involving third-party developers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at fostering productive discussions and collaboration among geographically dispersed business and technology teams. Proficient in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Self-driven and capable of successfully managing high-profile projects from initiation to completion.
