Project Architect Responsibilities Manages key phases of architectural projects, applying technical knowledge to healthcare, higher education, corporate office, and science & technology projects Coordinates and supports project teams, reviewing and guiding work produced by internal and external team members Conducts reviews of code analysis, material selections, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance Supports production of construction documents and contributes to BIM model management Participates in client meetings, communicating effectively with clients and consultants to meet project objectives Works closely with Project Manager(s) to execute projects per workplans, proposing minor adjustments as needed Ensures project scope is delivered efficiently and meets technical standards Advocates for high-quality design, encouraging innovative solutions within the team Contributes to improving documentation processes to reduce risk and supports mentorship of junior staff Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure 5 years of experience in an architectural firm, with demonstrated work in healthcare, higher education, corporate offices, and/or science & technology projects Ability to manage design, documentation, and construction administration tasks Strong communication and collaboration skills, with emerging leadership abilities Proficient in Revit Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp Key words – Architect, Architecture, Design, Healthcare, Corporate, Science & Technology, Higher Education, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up. A generous salary $75,000 - $100,000 and benefits package will be provided. Remote hybrid work schedule. Local to NYC must have the ability to get to the office on occasion, get to client meetings, etc. US Citizenship, Green Card, is required.
