Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for
Business Analysts
(Level 3) to support the 777-9 Change Incorporation & Refurb (CI&R) Leadership team onsite in
Everett, Washington
on 1st and/or 2nd shift. The ideal candidate has experience supporting cross functional teams and multiple levels of leadership, demonstrates professionalism and discretion, is proactive, and shows strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize. They analyze data, assess processes against standards, provide feedback, and help develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. They work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement these strategies and plans under general direction. Position Responsibilities
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyses and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under general direction Supports 3-4 second level managers and all their First Line Leaders Runs second level meetings Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience in Data Analysis 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams 1+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement Willing and able to work any shift (1st and/or 2nd shift) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment 1+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role Other Details

Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Program options vary by location, eligibility, date of hire, and collective bargaining agreements. Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications. Summary Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000.
