The primary purpose of this entry-level position is to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to our internal clients. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a desire to learn and grow, and strong critical thinking skills. Duties and Responsibilities
Perform asset searches in preparation for Legal Department evaluation Review and compile collection referrals from client operations Review and approve resident refunds Review requests for write-offs of uncollectable resident balances Perform document searches and retrievals Provide other Accounts Receivable support functions as needed What You'll Receive in Return

Location - This position is based on-site at our Service Center in San Juan Capistrano. Pay is based on several factors, including years of relevant experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.
