Tigard, OR We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client’s team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, reconciling, and interpreting financial results. You will work closely with business managers to advise on the financial implications of their decisions and ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies. Job Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and interpret financial results with business managers Prepare management reporting and analytical tools Research financial anomalies and make necessary corrections Participate in the monthly financial statement close for assigned entity Monitor compliance of processes, transactions, and balances with accounting and finance policies Assist in training accounting/finance policy, reconciliation, and account analysis process Required Skills: Strong time management skills and critical thinking Analytical skills that support a result-driven approach to deliver operational excellence Experience in performance management, supply chain operations, S&OP, finance, or related fields preferred Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience with Financial Analysis and Reporting Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or finance Oracle experience is highly desirable Benefits: Benefits vary depending on employer.
