Role Overview The Sr. Analyst – Faucet CMF will drive the short-term strategic direction of color, material, and finishes for the North America faucet finish product portfolio. Responsibilities include developing, commercializing, and servicing finishes to promote vitality and growth. The role involves identifying needs, developing the CMF product roadmap, and leading new product development efforts, including creating new CMF assortments, setting targets with industrial design, informing manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring effective commercialization. Collaboration across sourcing, supply chain, engineering, sales, and industrial design is essential. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within the organization.

Responsibilities
Partner with development teams to develop innovative color, materials, and finishes
Lead analysis for CMF, support category leads to develop insights, test hypotheses, and recommend actions
Understand customer and competitive landscapes, including innovation, products, pricing, trends, and market share
Create engaging presentations for all levels, articulating product info, strategies, data, and insights
Collaborate with sales on product needs and sales samples to drive growth
Draft communications on new CMF launches and sales tools
Build relationships with stakeholders for new product and business ideas
Lead marketing planning and execution to grow CMF presence across channels
Demonstrate competencies such as continuous improvement, high performance standards, customer focus, and trust-building
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, operations, or industrial design
Experience in product management, analysis, and presentation
Hands-on, detail-oriented, energetic, results-driven
Experience with wholesale and e-commerce product development/marketing
