Provide services and support as a
Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center Support Services (Behavioral Psychology Specialist)
in the Defense and Security Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as DCSA / DITMAC. Generally located CONUS - Quantico, VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with intelligence and cybersecurity teams to inform threat mitigation strategies based on psychological analysis. Required Qualifications
PhD in Psychology (PsyD) with a clinical and/or forensic background; actively licensed in clinical forensic or police and public safety. Actively licensed Psychologist in any U.S. state or territory. Minimum of 15 years of experience in clinical and/or forensic psychology. American Board of Professional Psychology Certification in Clinical Forensic or Police and Public Safety. Forensic background with experience in at least one of the two areas of operations: threat assessment and support to counterintelligence. Understanding of making eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information related to workplace violence prevention; experience supporting the DoD population. Experience collaborating with the threat professional community. Prior DoD or military/DoD-related experience preferred. Education / Experience / Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Psychology with clinical/forensic focus; active license as a psychologist. Minimum 15 years of clinical and/or forensic psychology experience. Skills Required
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interpret psychological data for operational use. Ancillary Details
Due to the sensitive nature of our work, individuals must be cleared (Top Secret) where applicable. Standard skills include proficiency in project management methodologies, leadership, time management, adaptability, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication. Other Details
