Consultant Chemical Pathologist

A post has become available in a vibrant city in the South West of England. Applications are invited for the position of a Consultant in Chemical Pathology to join this CQC rated ‘outstanding' hospital for ‘care' and ‘leadership' in 2020. The key details of the post are: Consultant in Chemical Pathology Based in the South West of England Permanent post 11 PAs Full Specialist GMC registration required The post holder will be expected to develop the Lipid and Diabetic Metabolic clinic together with the Endocrinology team. This is an 11 PA, WTE (replacement) medical consultant chemical pathologist post to join a full time consultant biochemist (non-medical, already in post) to provide a comprehensive laboratory and clinical, biochemistry service with a 1 in 2 on-call rota.
