Direct Hire Schedule:

Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week LHH is partnering with a client in Shawnee Mission to hire a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist. The position offers a hybrid schedule and focuses on AR functions, customer account resolution, and data analysis. The opportunity is Direct Hire. Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve short-paid invoices and customer deductions Perform general accounts receivable tasks including reconciliations and reporting Communicate with customers to clarify payment discrepancies and ensure timely resolution Utilize SAP to manage and track AR transactions (experience preferred) Prepare and analyze data using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Support month-end close and assist with ad-hoc accounting projects Qualifications

2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables SAP experience is a plus Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Benefits
